A felapr\u00edtott hagym\u00e1t megdinsztelj\u00fck az olajon (ha el\u00e9rhet\u0151, haszn\u00e1ljunk k\u00f3kuszolajat). Ha ez megvan, a k\u00f6zepes kock\u00e1kra v\u00e1gott csirkemellet is hozz\u00e1adjuk, majd egy\u00fctt pir\u00edtjuk, am\u00edg a h\u00fas feh\u00e9r nem lesz.<\/p>\n

A s\u00e1rga- \u00e9s feh\u00e9rr\u00e9p\u00e1t hossz\u00e1ban kett\u00e9v\u00e1gjuk, majd keresztbe v\u00e9kony szeletekre apr\u00edtjuk (mi 2-2 darabot szeletel\u00fcnk fel, a marad\u00e9k 3 s\u00e1rgar\u00e9p\u00e1t csup\u00e1n elfelezz\u00fck). A karal\u00e1b\u00e9t apr\u00f3 kock\u00e1kra v\u00e1gjuk, a zellergy\u00f6keret pedig 2-3 darabra. A fokhagym\u00e1t is felapr\u00edtjuk.<\/p>\n

A hagym\u00e1val el\u0151k\u00e9sz\u00edtett h\u00fast, illetve az el\u0151bb eml\u00edtett z\u00f6lds\u00e9geket \u00f6sszekeverve felengedj\u00fck 3-4 litert v\u00edzzel (a v\u00edz mennyis\u00e9ge att\u00f3l f\u00fcgg, mennyire szeretn\u00e9nk l\u00e9d\u00fasra k\u00e9sz\u00edteni a levest). Hozz\u00e1adjuk a leveskock\u00e1t \u00e9s a t\u00e1rkonyt, tetsz\u00e9s szerint \u00edzes\u00edtj\u00fck s\u00f3val \u00e9s borssal, majd az eg\u00e9szet addig f\u0151zz\u00fck, am\u00edg szinte teljesen megpuhul minden. Ekkor hozz\u00e1adjuk a kisebb darabokra felv\u00e1gott gomb\u00e1t \u00e9s bors\u00f3t, majd tov\u00e1bb f\u0151zz\u00fck a levest, am\u00edg teljesen megpuhul minden.<\/p>\n

A tejf\u00f6lb\u0151l \u00e9s lisztb\u0151l ereszt\u00e9ket k\u00e9sz\u00edt\u00fcnk, amit hozz\u00e1kever\u00fcnk a leveshez. V\u00e9gezet\u00fcl citroml\u00e9vel \u00edzes\u00edtj\u00fck. Tejf\u00f6llel \u00e9s cs\u00edp\u0151s paprik\u00e1val t\u00e1laljuk.<\/p>\n
