A hozz\u00e1val\u00f3kat a langyos tejben felfuttatott \u00e9leszt\u0151vel gy\u00farjuk \u00f6ssze – l\u00e1gy, puha t\u00e9szt\u00e1t kapunk. Letakart t\u00e1lban hagyjuk pihenni\/kelni f\u00e9l \u00f3r\u00e1t.<\/p>\n

A t\u00f6kmagot t\u00f6rj\u00fck apr\u00f3 darabokra, esetleg apr\u00edtsuk fel k\u00e9ssel, majd a vajjal keverj\u00fck \u00f6ssze.<\/p>\n

A f\u00e9l \u00f3ra eltelt\u00e9vel a t\u00e9szt\u00e1t ny\u00fajtsuk ki kb. f\u00e9l centi vastagra, kenj\u00fck r\u00e1 a vajas t\u00f6kmagot \u00e9s hajtogassuk \u00f6ssze a k\u00f6vetkez\u0151f\u00e9lek\u00e9ppen: fel\u00fclr\u0151l a harmad\u00e1t hajtsuk le, ut\u00e1na alulr\u00f3l a m\u00e1sik harmadot hajtsuk r\u00e1, majd balr\u00f3l \u00e9s jobbr\u00f3l 1-1 1\/4-et hajtsunk be, v\u00e9g\u00fcl az eg\u00e9szet hajtsuk f\u00e9lbe. Hagyjuk pihenni 30-40 percet, majd ism\u00e9telj\u00fck meg a ny\u00fajt\u00e1st-hajtogat\u00e1st \u00e9s pihentet\u00e9st m\u00e9g 2 alkalommal.<\/p>\n

A tepsibe rak\u00e1s ut\u00e1n tetsz\u00e9s szerint a tetej\u00e9re toj\u00e1sfeh\u00e9rj\u00e9t, magokat (t\u00f6kmagot) tehet\u00fcnk. El\u0151meleg\u00edtett s\u00fct\u0151ben, 170 fokon s\u00fctj\u00fck.<\/p>\n
